  • Madurai-Tuticorin Industrial Corridor (MTIC): The revitalization of the Madurai-Tuticorin Industrial Corridor aims to transform southern Tamil Nadu into an industrial hub with an investment of ₹1.9 lakh crore. This corridor is expected to boost industrial activities and create numerous job opportunities in the region.
  • Melur Industrial Park: The State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu (SIPCOT) has approved the long-pending Melur industrial park project, allocating ₹16 crore for infrastructure development. Spanning 278 acres in Vanjinagaram, the project will commence with 100 acres in the first phase. This initiative aims to boost industrial growth in the region.
